I had a similar issue once. I resolved it by binding a second internal IP
address to the NIC in the Exchange server. In Exchange Admin, connections,
IMS, Routing, Routing restrictions, I entered the second IP in the "hosts
and clients connecting to these internal addresses". I configured the

don't think that will fix the issue...like I said I never really concerned
myself since the user was supposed to be on Outlook anyway (that was
