Can you open the profile using the ".../Safe" switch and access the Inbox? You may also try the ".../nocustomize" (loads without using the outcmd.dat) I would also use the ".../cleanviews" and the ".../cleanprofile" Doesn't hurt, may help. To use switches, at the Start menu, Run command type

If this one's still an issue... In ADUC, if the address is listed on the General tab as the E-mail, but is not actually listed in the E-mail Addresses tab, I've seen this behavior occur. Change the address on the General tab, then change it back and Apply, and the address should be auto-magically
