tickets and assigns the user id etc to it. This is because of issues with
the new antivirus API in exchange.

Current version: 4.1.50 engine and 4163 DAT.
I had the problem with the 4.1.40 engine and the one before too.
The problem has grown over time. At first it was 1 mail (with attach) out of
10 who suffered this p
dat's and engines allthough I can't confirm if
this is the priamry cause.
