Do all three people receive the meeting requests? or have you granted them
folder level permissions to these 10 calendars and they only review items
from there?
Anytime you have more than 1 recipient recieving meeting requests for

That being said, domain admins are restricted from that behavior by default.
Are your managers domain admins? That wouldn't be a normal type of set up.

Shouldn't you be looking at the permissions on the individual Exchange
mailboxes - you can find this in active directory if you look at
advanced features
