I define a CLASSPATH in my .cshrc. Whenever the .chsrc is run, e.g. when I login or when I source .cshrc, I get an error message: "word too long". Is there a way to increase the word length? If so, how? Thanks in advance for your help.

I had a similar problem. I had to "jiggle the knobs" a bit to get it to work. Mainly I just went through all the available cards, choosing all available settings until it worked. For some reason my settings are different in Linux than they are in Win98. That's with non-pnp in the bios.
