I currently have a Celeron 466 single CPU (256Mb Ram) box running Mandrake 8,

I have the option of gettting hold of another Celeron 466 chip.
Does it seem cost effective to buy a dual motherboard and install this in my
system?
or,
Would the benifits be meagre?

Basically I need to know which is the best way to partition/format a hard

The hard drive had some read errors (in WinME), so I went into Harddrake and
deleted the partition (i have tape backup) and rebuilt using FAT32 LBA on
primary. T

packages are already installed. Emhh. I did not install them, so the Mandrake

Hi All,
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would stop xhost allowing
incoming connections for other xserver on the same network.
I do a xhost + 192.168.0.10 on the machine I am sitting at. (192.168.0.1)
I then telnet to the 192.168.0.10 and in the csh, run setenv DISPLAY

bells or whistles on backup progs, so I am writing a simple perl script to
run backup for me.
However, if I have a system crash, hard drive or similar, and are prepared to
