The ipop3d is part of the imap package, and is not installed by default.
Install it with: rpm -i /mnt/cdrom/Mandrake/RPMS/imap-4.7-7mdk.i586.rpm

If you name your files *.php3, it will parse HTML and php3. If you name
your files *.html, it will only work with html. If you want to use
server-side includes, you must use .shtml.

Simple, you didn't setup a hostname in your networking settings. You can
either use your favorite editor and add your hostname on line 573 of
/etc/httpd/httpd.conf, or use Linuxconf, in Network, and configure your
hostname.
