I've just had my email directory blitzed by finale digests #24 -30
with an ave. size of c.5Meg!

Having spent four hours this morning trying to download gobbledegook I

I have had to ask not to receive mail for a while, because my isp is
complaining about the extra 10 or 15 megs of stuff in my mailbox each day.
I feel sorry for Henry in this frustrating situation, and hope that this
problem will be sorted out quickly.

I just noticed that the using Reply To goes to the original sender. Using
Reply All goes to the list & sender.
Check your context-sensitive menus for configuring your e-mail (that's
"right click" for us Windows users!).

Great to know the never-ending-digest problem's been fixed, as, I see, has
been the bloat into the archive, which is a great feature of the new list
software.
But the monthly archive download settings have also got changed today in

The digests that are returned to the list are getting bigger and bigger.
They have gotten so large, that my Mailbox refuses to receive them, and in
fact fills up so much it actually fails to receive anything. I will have to
sign off the list if this cannot be stopped soon.
