Well, currently there may be one workaround as far as Macs are
concerned. You can use GPO Studio plus a soundfont MIDI player (I think
Quicktime has such functionality, but I am not sure). However, I have
not tried this, and I am not sure how well these two can share one Audio
output.

Does any one have any ideas about a good way to get string harmonics sounds
in GPO? I am writing something for flute and string orchestra and need a
decent string harmonic sound.

GPO does not include string harmonics.
You can, however, use TGTools to set up the correct notes for playback.
They won't sound like harmonics, though, just regular pitches.

I am a LONG time user of Finale.
I'm coming to the quick (maybe too hasty, after learning/using
Sibelius for only
a few weeks?) conclusion, that while it's a wonderful program able to
get quick quality results, it does not have the flexibility that
Finale

I think I agree with you! After all, (to sail VERY close to the wind), the
assertion is around that the acronym for File Under Carnal Knowledge used
to be placed on Police files- thus creating the slang term for- well, you
know!

theories about where fly came from or how it came to mean what it
does. I was surprised to read that it was in usage in the 30's - in
