would say that this is as good as Finale can do with a measure of
that width. If you give it a little more width, then Finale won't be
forced into collisions. You can't expect the basic spacing algorithm
that Finale uses to

a separate category may be overkill, you can leave them in misc
category and define the 1st title positioning and make copies... as
they say YMMV. keeping them in the tempo markings category would
make them automatically break a MM rest (it would in most cases
