Hi,
I downloaded GRASS through Fink, but can't figure what the next steps
are.
Fink Commander says the "grass60" and "grass60-shlibs" are installed.
But, I can't get the program to run; don't see anything remotely
resembling an icon.
Any help

I tried to install the virtual package x11.
When I type "fink install x11" in OS X I get the following message:
Failed: no version info available for x11
When I type "fink -V x11" I get version info. Please advise!

Also, I get many errors when I try to run an installed package

start up, during which time the CPU is at 100%. Same when starting to
capture data - CPU at 100% for nearly one minute then data starts being
captured.
Is this an OSX issue?
