Bad form to answer my own query, but before doing "fink install xforms" for xforms-1.0-3, you need to remove /sw/include/X11/forms.h if there is a previous version of xforms installed. The maintainer might want to incorporate this into the distribution. -- Ronald ---

I have used xforms-1.0-1 (which was xforms-0..0) from fink. When I try to upgrade to xforms-1.0-3, the compilation fails in the image subdirectory, which later causes the compilation of fd2ps to fail because the flimage library is not built. This is on MacOS 10.2.3. I've quoted below the
