I have been out of town on vaqcation and have gotten behind o the memory

As I said, I am not really com[puter literate, but I get by. I have the file yu

I had a lock up (powersdr stopped working press this button to quit) when
changing sample rate. The next time I started power sdr my memory
interface was blank. I hadnt checked the memories prior to this lock up and

i had PowerSDR v2.0.8 running. I installed v 2.1.5. Both working fine for
me. Then i unistalled v2.0.8 with the result, that 2.1.5 was also mo more
working.I got a* Fatal Error: Attempted to read or write protected memory*.
I removed v2.1.5. an reinstalled it, the error is still the same...
OK. Now I understand. Thanks for the clarification.

This is a consequence of the memories only updating RX1 and having RX2
on the same V/U band as the memory channel designation.
Although I do not fully understand your statement "Since I use RX1 with

The select gives an error when you are using RX2 for V/U. (cannot use UHF on
RX1+ UHF on RX2)
It seems to work only for RX1. Since I use RX1 with VAC for digital stuff I
am out of luck!

It appears that the memory.xml file will be damaged and deleted if PSDR 2.1.5
is not closed prior to shutting down the computer. The memory.xml file is
written when PSDR is closed, however if there is a forced close caused by the

need to connect an external LPF between my FLEX-5000A and the rest of my

I think someone mentioned using individual copies of PSDR, along with dedicated
databases in separate folders. Would that do it - A PSDR_CW folder, a PSDR_SSB

desire. Then simply rename (or copy) the one you want to use to
database.xml & start PowerSDR.

Pardon a question from a new user. Is there a way to import PowerSDR
Memory files? I do a bit of SWLing and have these saved for quick
access. The import DB doesn't seem to do this.

that the scanning function was removed due to some FCC requirement,
however why remove the user memory data too?

I solely miss the memory controls in your latest release(July 29 I
believe). The "last 3" does nothing for me. I suppose you can't make
every one happy and some one has probably said these controls are not
needed but not so for me. I have each mode and each band in memory
plus some SWL
