The model and FDM are fairly basic, but
The c172c by John CHECK is broken since a long time.
It references a file that doesn't exist:
Error reading default aircraft: Failed to open file
at $FG_ROOT/Aircraft/c172x/../c172r/c172r-base.xml
And even if one changes that to use ../c172r/c172r-set.xml
it doesn't work:
