Hi Holger, Merry Christmas to you! The labels look ok to me. You have to be careful looking at a label overlaid on a slice as you are looking at an arbitrary 2d cut through a folded 3d surface. Try viewing the on the inflated surface in tksurfer and see if they make more sense to you. Bruce
