Hi, Being new to OS 9 and using Jaguar exclusively I have a question that I hope will not sound silly. I want my cd to play with Apple CD Audio Player instead of iTunes. Every time I double click on the cd, iTunes starts. Apple CD Audio player shows my song list, but does not play any of the

It is common. It happened to a used PowerBook I bought. It was fine for a month then exhibited the symptoms you mentioned on every wake from sleep, every bootup. It will fade and shouldn't be noticeable as long your brightness is on full. Rumors were that it was the Samsung LCDs and not the LG
