This is a sometime problem I run into on my Wallstreet. It's

Try checking the settings in the Sound Preferences. Also run Audio

This summer, the family is taking a drive to Denver. I would like to use my
Power Book G4 in the car, but the battery life is too short. Are there any
cables or plugs that would allow me to use the auxiliary power supply (AKA
cigarette lighters) in the car?
Thanks,
Michael

I had to buy an new power supply for my Pismo when my yo-yo started
sparking. Kensington has one that works both from a wall socket as well as
airplane and cigarette lighters with different adaptors. Kinda pricey, but
as flexible as can be, especially since it works with several different

I want to reinstall my Cisco Aironet Client, because every time I start
up my Wallstreet now, it demands to know what my WEP key is. I can get
this information displayed by opening the file and enabling WEP; the
key is there and will show itself, but I have to go through this

Pismo, Hands down.
Except the original poster mentioned a Lombard. I would go with the iBook.
More recent hardware, better support in OS X...

That's my point. Skip both, go Pismo. Hands down.

I have a 292mhz Wallstreet. Occasionally, the screen just goes blank...and

I can boot 9, but I have no way to make it recreate the problem, it just
happens. Plus I'm a mac newb and only know OSX at this point, plus all my
apps are OSX apps, so I wouldn't want to stay in 9 for a full day or two to
see if it happens.
My brightness adjustment does work over the whole
