replaced by Apple. They
filled in their Powerbook serial number and Apple deemed that they
qualified. Could have been Apple's mistake, I guess, but I think it
would refuse you if you didn't qualify.
Since the Pismo came out in about Feb. 2000, maybe some of the yo-yo's
were affected?

Although the pictures show the black brick adapter, some Pismos with
Yo-Yos did qualify. It's worth a try!

recall that Apple has. Check it out at this Apple site. Even though the
Pismo doesn't have the black brick, fill in your numbers anyway, as I
know of at least 4 Pismos that qualified.

friend returned the PC card and got a Compaq card instead,
and IS had no troubles networking that one.
FWIW, we have the Linksys BEFSR41, and have no troubles with it.
