Moto i850 to PowerBook?

60GB 7200RPM or 80GB 5400RPM

to a 7200rpm drive worth the smaller size? I'll be doing some video editing, some music editing, and a lot of general everyday multi-tasking in various apps. Pismo 400mhz, 1GB RAM.
