I see the iTunes 6 requirements state a 500Mhz G3. Has anyone gotten it
installed on anything lower? If so, does it work OK?

Has anyone tried this? Or does anyone know of any cell phone websites with
good Mac info? I tried MacOSXHints and many Googles but came up empty. Or
another forum to which this is better suited? (since even though I'm using a
Pismo it's not technically a Gbook question...)
Thanks much -

idea what iTunes Helper is nor did I install any such thing. Hope this
helps!

Heat doesn't seem to be an issue with the Hitachi 7200rpm drive. My Pismo
isn't noticeably hotter, nor does the fan ever come on.
For me, the increase in performance was completely worth the upgrade. I've
been running it more than a year with no issues.

Stated another way, if someone wanted to get a laptop for watching DVDs,
will the Powerbook give a better picture?

I have one positive response that indicated 1.0.0b5 works fine w/ 10.3.4;

What's the trick to getting my Pismo (OS 10.3.4) to use a Lucent WaveLan
Silver PC card? Do I need to remove the internal Airport card, or do I need
a different driver?
Same WaveLan worked with stock Apple Airport software on a Pbook 3400
running OS 9.

to a 7200rpm drive worth the smaller size? I'll be
doing some video editing, some music editing, and a lot of general everyday

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Apple's list, for reference:
