I just ran XBench 1.1.3 on my Pismo upgraded with the Powerlogix 500MHz
G4. I love the G4 upgrade and reported back when I first got it that it
significantly upgraded the speed of my machine which was originally
400MHz. FYI: I had also originally upgraded my Pismo with a 30GB
4200rpm

Fastmac.com offers a G4/550 and you only have to send in the processor-card. Does
anyone have this upgrade done with them? And would I really notice the difference in
Panther (having a 500 now, using it for video-editing, dreamweaver and photoshop(a
little)

I have gone over the Pismo upgrades at xlr8 but most seem to
be a little light on info anyone here gone down the 900 road
