Jeff if you don't have Mail Scripts 2.9.1 you should obtain a copy.
The file is located on the Mac Home Page under "aamann" along with
other useful utilities.
http://homepage.mac.com/aamann/
It contains scripts for:

02. Archive Messages…

What you describe is exatly the same that I was having.
Used Tech Tools Deluxe "Surface Scan" on my 320Gb drive (took about 12
Hrs.) and the report was "Failed - Bad Blocks" so I've laid that disk
to rest RIP and have ordered a new drive.
If you have Tech Tools Deluxe run t

You might want to try rebuilding the Mailbox file.
You can do this by opening Mac mail, select a mailbox (i.e. inbox)
then select from the main drop-down menu "Mailbox" and select the last
item "Rebuild"
This will cause a rebuild of that selected "Mailbox"

The easiest way to check an A/C power source is to plug a lamp into
the place where the mac is plugged. Not the same power strip but the
same socket.

If the instruction that come with the applejack application are not
understandable then I would recommend that you trash the program and
not attempt to run it under any circumstance.

Have you obtained the ATI drivers from http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.HTML
and installed them so that they will load at boot time?

I have a Pixma MP620 and the only solution that I've found when I have
problems is to go into the System Preferences... Delete the printer
and re-install,

I have acquired one of the new Aluminum Macbook's 13.3 and would like
to turn-on the wireless features of my router.
The problem is that I haven't been able to find any plain,
comprehensive instructions. Something that covers all, or almost all
of the wireless router lingo.
