So I finally decided to try this game, but I'm not really understanding how to

When I start off there is a door to the north that is locked. I managed to get
into some other place, I think it's a forest. It's the

enter, you will hear how many exits and objects there are in the room.
Hint: from the hall where you start, there is 3 doors. Go into the second
room, it is a battle room and kill the robots.
Everything is there. Use control plus enter to double check if you picked up

X uses a key, so if you open a locked door with a key, there is no need to
