Hi Shaun, That is correct. XNA 3.0 is not yet into the DirectX release. DirectX must be updated prier to installing XNA 3 or you will get a mangled install. As far as compatibility goes XNA 3 is suppose to be fully backward compatible with XNA 1.x and 2.x so I don't see any issues there. On
