The game sounds really great though I have no idea what keys to press. Bianka asks me if i'm doing ok down there and I have no idea on how to answer because i dont know the keys. All I can manage is the arrows. And sometimes it's hard to locate the keys because there are so many positions up/down.

This is not for the pc version of the game... this is on the ps3. So to answer your question, yes, you will still have to download the game. And you won't be able to play with anyone who has super street fighter IV... because the pc version is only concise with the original street fighter IV.
