The last version of Internet Explorer for Windows XP was version 8.0,
and since XP is no longer officially supported no more Internet

Hi Charles,
You think so, eh? I don't remember the grue being too particular about

I cannot find any food on this level to give me more flower power.
All there is is the bag of furtilizer which I cannot eat at this stage.

I certainly don't have the same problem when a new graphical Turrican level

likely it is mechanics as you say.

the combo box is just a quick guide. If you go to the game list link, you

Hi Thomas,
You know if there is a game that you really want to do a walk through of, you
could record your game play, then record a sapi5 voice saying what you want it
to and then mix the speech files into the game play file.

I tend to agree. I know some blind users fondness for XP, but the fact

Ok, I can do that. On difficulty level 1 (presuming I don't fail horribly)

Note that end of support doesn't (always) mean that you won't be able to use the site at all. My braillenote runs ie 6, and most sites still work. That said, there may not be a version of ie that works with xp above 8. Try googling ie 9-10-11 for
windows xp.

To each their own. I'm happy to make the standard game recording, though I've
got to agree that (at least on the easy difficulties) ammo shouldn't be an

Hi Charles,
That's a serious bummer. I'm afraid firefox was the one and only
solution I could come up with to resolve your problem short of just
upgrading the entire system to Windows 7 or later. I don't know
anything about your situation, but if you need Internet Explorer 9
you'd have to upgrade
Hi John,
Chrome is accessible if you know how to make it accessible and set it
up correctly. One way to make it accessible is to install Google's
Chrome Vox which is basically a custom screen reader written by Google
for Chrome. There is a Windows version of Chrome Vox as well as a
Linux version.
Hi John,
Ahem...there is no such thing. I can assure you there is no official
versions of Internet Explorer 9 or 10 for XP. There may be a hacked
version out there created by a third-party, and if so you get a hack
rather than an officially supported upgrade to the browser. Personally

Hi Jim,
I have actually considered something like that. I could use a nice
male voice like Vocalizer Tom, and have him do the voice overs for the
podcasts/walkthroughs. He would be more clear, a lot more
understandable, and of course he shares my name. It is something
seriously worth considering
Hi Bryan,
Apparently so. I have never figured out why so many gamers come on a

Forum and ask a question like how to do something that is clearly
stated in the manual. When asked if they had read it the answer is
usually no. That

I was pretty sure that was the case. If I were in Raul's position

Don't think I haven't considered it, at least for beta versions.

Perhaps so. Since he or she is going to get asked how to play it
anyway he or she might as well just not supply a manual and tell the
end users since nobody reads them from now on no manuals or other
documentation will be supplied.
In all seriousness this is what mainstream companies
