Hi. You could use adrift from www.adrift.org.uk. Version 3.9 is free,
and 4.0 is not, but 4.0 is well worth it. I'm currently writing the two
games I'm working on using Adrift and it's super speech friendly and you
don't need to know programming. I don't like the way it handles some
things by d
K, do you have an email addie with which to subscribe? I tried the

Yeah, I'd find it hard to believe if they perished, but it seems
so. -Or at least the addie seems to have changed.
There was actually quite a bit of intelligence on that list, with
various peeps being involved in some pretty heady projects. lol!
Very fun list at times.
Anyway, thanks
Hi all,
Ok, it looks as though it is time to stick my big fat foot in my mouth.
I went over to blindprogramming.com and read the home page. That happens
to be Droople's unexciting default home page with absolutely no content
on the web site. Basicly, a dead site.

Hi Cara,
Hmm... I don't know. I unsubscribed from blind programming quite a while
back myself, and haven't tried getting back on the list. So perhaps I
stand corrected and the list is no longer there. Last time I recall it was

and if the address is changed I am pretty clueless.
Thomas, sorry for the possible OT here, (not sure) I tried subbing
to that list, after being subbed / leaving a while back, and couldn't
locate a proper addie to sub to. The old one doesn't seem to exist
anymore. (this is after Googling and such) Might you or others have

Hi Ari,
Well, blind programming still exists, but they are moving over to the
Droople content management system. Beyond that I have no idea what that
community is up to these days.

Its still there, just not up and running. New construction is going

up there is out of date with some programming needs. so replacing it
with good is a task.
You can still google and find just about everything it had and then
Hi James,
Are you saying that blindprogramming doesn't exist anymore? What does this
droople login mean, what would happen if I registered for it?
Thanks

There is not to much out there for now, but things do have a way of
popping up around here.

Hi all,
I remember asking this ages ago, and someone suggested that, without any
knowledge of programming, you could use inform to write a text adventure,
but that it wasn't too great for screen readers. What I want to know is,
even using programming, what's the most accessible package to write
