Good afternoon.
I have a project which I am hoping to submit to the incubator, and I
understand from the documentation that it is recommended to identify a
champion prior to the incubator application. Is this mailing list an

I have to agree with Tim here if a champion has to manually generate this

Sounds good to me - we haven't really acted on the clarifications to
the champion role that we added a while ago to [1], Benson's prop

Chris,
I consider that proposal adopted, and I'm looking to build on it, by
adding a few specifics. I plan to ask for helpers to ensure that every

After you add a file (and before commit), you can use 'svn propset' to
set properties.
In addition, there are "auto props" in your personal configuration
file. If people in a group don't have the autoprops set similarly,
then your default props can (obviously) vary. Subversion 1.8 (*) will

How do new files that are added to svn, get these properties set?
We cannot see the diffs.
There are also other new ones in SVN that do not have eol-style set.

Is it that people do not have correct configuration, or is this
