did you try using anything other than the openlayers preview?
As far as I know, the current preview just does not allow you to pan out
of the configured bounding box, so you might be seeing a limit in the WMS
service that's actually baked in the preview itself.

I would like to ask: from which version of GeoServer 'PerpendicularOffset'
in SLD is (or it will be) supported? I work on GeoServer 2.5, and when I
needed to use PerpendicularOffset, unfortunately it did not work. I think I
need an upgrade.

I was familiar with for PerpendicularOffset so checked the docs for 2.5.

I´m create mapping file acording which Application schcema built structure

Dynamic bbox might be a nice feature for data layers that update
frequently.
In this case, I'm fine with making a REST call to expand the bbox. I'm just
not sure if that actually clears the cached value properly. I will continue
to test this.

Andra, you could export your data to some spatial format and then use
GDAL to convert it to WGS84 and KML.
If you insist on doing the conversion in Matlab, GeoServer uses this
