thought you were going to spend versus what you actually spent. "Budget"
accounts never show you an "active" or current balance in an account, the
actual expense account shows you the running total or active balan

Sharon, not sure, but the simple answer seems to be that under "edit report
options" you didn't change the start and end dates. The reports default to the
current accounting period and you need the start and end of the year. Hope

It would depend on how your jurisdiction treats these rebates for tax purposes.
If they are not taxable, you can treat them whichever way you like. I treat

I've had the same issue it rounding my 5 decimal holdings to 2 decimals. I was
told that if you select OK, it rounds to 2 decimals in v4.6, but if you just
hit enter it leaves it as you entered it. That works for me, although I do

My main menu doesn't disappear and my "Windows" on the gnu menu bar doesn't
have a "Transfer Funds" option, only "New Window" & "New Window with Page".

I tried opening gnucash, I have been using for over 2 years, and it tells me it
can’t get a lock. I select open anyway and it shows on the windows 10 taskbar,
show a preview when hovered over the icon, but will not open for use. I tried
shutting down the computer and restarting, but that
