Dear Valmiki, As you illustrated in your excellent column, Goa requires just a spark to implode. During the period Goa was an Overseas Province of Portugal, Goan Catholics, Goan Hindus + Goan Muslims lived in perfect harmony. What has now happened is that goondas from outside have
