Yes - they do grow in Goan climate. An adult Avocado tree that I have seen in
Goa, was upto half the height of a standard coconut tree.
It produced ample fruit, but squirrels get to them before humans do!

Dear GWS Members,
The celebrations of World Goa Day will be held on 19th August, 2012. The Mass
will be celebrated at St. Jude's
John Gomes is right. We have as a nation to rethink our whole approach to the
matter of corruption. This will not be an easy task and may take considerable
time to achieve. To achieve the principal goal it would be prudent to start
small and to nurture the success achieved in these small steps.
