Hello all, I have a problem that is actually frustrating me. The problem is with the Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Extreme Audio PCI-E I have. The Problem is that every once in awhile while watching videos or playing Video Games the Sound Driver crashes and no sound comes out of the sound card.

Unfortunately, that's true - the PS3 will not play MKV files without changing their format. You can use a tool like MKV2VOB to change the container format to one the PS3 understands - from what I've seen, it's not the video or audio codecs that the PS3 doesn't work with, just the contain
