The "smoke grenade freeze" bug is very specific to smoke grenades (actually
it's the smoke, not the grenade itself...) in CS only.

Downloading maps from a HLDS server seems to work until suddenly all clients

I forgot to mention what Mod I am running. In my simple mind I forgot that you
could assume I am running CS :)
I am in fact running TFC so the smoke grenade thing can't be it.
So I am getting the random bunch of client drops, I am also getting players
with perfect pings complainin
btw I think I forgot to mention this.. I have spectators allowed off. The
problem was worse with 4108.release with spec on. When I turned off spec,
but still increased maxspec to like 20.. it seemed to only happen to about
1/2 the people, course this could just be a wierd coincidence.
