4. clients must connect from steam directly (not via "connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" in console) for the fast d/l to work (connected + changelevel is ok too). You can connect like you want, the fast download will work in both ways. The clients need to have Internet Explorer installed, otherwise th
