The app server should always reconfigure prior to installing an update, but
I'm not sure why it would take that long.
Incidentally, you're installing the server to the \ directory? Isn't that
into the drive root? I don't think that's recommended...

It does appear that SteamCMD is unable to contact any content servers
out there. Try this:

multiple user messages if the message is over 254 bytes (instead of
flooding the console). Regardless, this bug is practically destroying
league games (Radar is pretty critical to gameplay). Imagine what would

Start server. I used cs_office, 32 man server. In server.cfg I have

Stop using changelevel2, it's not meant for multiplayer, why would you
use a command you know crashes
When i use changelevel2 to change map, my server crashes, there is no output to
console.
When i use changelevel it works normally.

I think your issue is that the map can change level and not everyone is in the
area near the landmark. You might want all players on the same room before you
trigger the change

It appears you can fix windows by copying the FileSystem_Steam.dll from
the client GCF file, then placing it in the orangebox/bin folder and
renaming it to filesystem_stdio.dll.
The server boots up but dont know if it'll crash and burn.
