Sorry for the late post. If you have a Palm or Treo Smartphone, the
Calculator has a 'Logic' function in the Options menu which gives you a
nice hex calculator. The Options menu also gives you Math, Trig,
Finance, Statistics, Weight/Temp, Length, Area, and Volume calculators.

The best programmer's calculator made was the HP-16C. It did hex, octal and
binary and
was programmable. Mine is still going strong on its fourth set of batteries
since 1982

If you can find anything in the Sharp EL-506 family of calculators,
you've got hex, octal, binary and decimal arithmentic at your disposal.
Jump out to EBAY and use a search argument of Sharp-EL506. I just bought
two and the site says there are more.
