As others have said, the week saved by ordering the CBPDO would be
overcome (and more) by the additional time spent for the vast majority
of people. Moreover, the opportunities for error when installing via
CBPDO are far more numerous than those for installing with S
running system other than system programmer procedures and discipline.
Based on the above it's hard to understand why we would write a display
command to show something as fuzzy as an "RSU level"...but you could
always ask formally if you wish.
