As John said, X3270 is free-of-charge and comes with CYGWIN. I recommend that you consider CYGWIN, if you are saddled with Windoze, even apart from CYGWIN/X or X3270. X3270 is rough around the edges, but is much better than some X based apps that we tolerate and there is the value of
