Hello,
Don't we have at least a GCC compiler that would run in z/VM?

Hello,
One situation I had was SMTP caught in a tight loop after a spool full
condition.
In that case, SMTP was looping on CPU 00 giving almost 100% CPU busy on CPU 00.
The other CPUs were normally busy.
Hope this helps.

e are many automated logon tools that need to store the password
locally to automate the logon. I want to avoid having to store the password
outside VM. That should be more secure not less.

hat way. I
have to take it as it is.
I am just trying to see if I can add some automation first.
Later, behind the scene, I will be able to eliminate the need to log on to the
service machines completely.
I hope this helps.

however, I want to simplify the process and at the same time hide the logon and
password.
I do know about the SECUSER capability, I would prefer to be able to do some
fullscreen interaction.

ng the logon in my code.
Then I have to manage all the 3270 conversation from beginning to end.
I am just wandering if such a solution already exists.
I would hate to re-invent something like that.
Thanks!

The best I could do was to use plotvar with trend files.
However, that is too much aggregated for my need.
I welcome your suggestions.
