Not always. When I was a kid, the rule was that people took tetanus
vaccines once a year if you had any exposure, cuts, etc. Then, somewhere
along the line, they changed the recommendation to once every 10 years.

i think we get caught up sometimes in the controversy of biglick,
forgetting how beloved some of the old foundation horses were. in
this video they talk about how everybody in town quit work for the
rest of the day when they heard Wilsons Allen had died. Its an
