Don't do it... IMail is a disk intensive application.
Compressed files = slower performance. I recommend you run command line
IMail utilities to expunge all messages in the deleted folders first, then
junk mail folders...

If you do many DNS lookups (and if using mxGuard, you certainly are doing a
lot of DNS lookups), then it is best to use your own DNS server for these
lookups. Too many ISPs are overburdened or limit the number of requests you
send their way.

Got a machine that queue manager is stuck in 'stop pending' state.

All imail anti-spam disabled, all attachment blocking disabled... so there

Simply create a program alias in imail called whatever you like. Then set
the command to:
c:\imail\mailall.exe -h ALL -d
This will send mail to all users on all domains.
After you send the mail, make sure you delete the alias so nobody else can
use it :)

Not sure what all the commotion is about Declude not working with 8.2+,
mxGuard works with all version of IMail since 5.x, one would assume Declude
would work as well since the same IMail interfaces are used.

Declude seems to have gone down hill rapidly since the 1.X
to
remove it. Even when folders are excluded, the product slowed the imap and
webmail services to a crawl.
If you have McAfee, disable teh service altoghether and see it that helps.
If not, keep digging because IMAP does support more than 4 users.

If you are forwarding more than 100 messages a day to AOL for your users
then you get them to allow it. We have a KB article outlining the
