operated by most of the domain name registrars do not implement it, or even

Our mail server is being slammed by mail similar but all have virus
attachments - I think this is a new one, because none of the virus vendors have
any mention of it. Most are crafted to appear to be a bounce, but they are not
really bounces.

of them are suitable for everyone. Some of them are waaay too aggressive, and

I have multiple virtual domains set up on Imail version 8.05 and have never
had a problem with sending and receiving mail.
I added a new virtual domain, and for this new domain I am receiving "send
error 10054"
and refused to deliver mail to the domain users.

I have occasions where the abuse desk or support desk for a blocked domain will
wish to communicate concerning blocking or configuration.
As it is, when a domain or IP is blacklisted, none of their mail can get
through, that is unless they send from a email address that is not blocked.

When they first started the blocking, we placed a big notice on the home page of
the group web site asking them to contact their own provider. The notice als
