The only way to capture outbound mail is to "copy all mail (in/out
for all domains)" and filter/forward down to just what you want.
Ali, IMail can't do that exactly; but what you can do is make a rule in the
box that receivces ALL mail. Write the rule so that it deletes all mail
EXCEPT the mail FROM the individual you wish to receives copies of. Then
write a forward rule for that box that forwards the mail onto whomever.

I am running IMail 6.04 on a single windows 2000 advanced server (sp1).
We currently have only one IP address (on a T1) for about a dozen
virtual hosts and about 60-80 mailboxes.
We're having a similar problem with an IMail server running 100+ domains.
Whenever we enable SMTP Authentication and try to use it, it crashes the
SMTP service. You can go into the System Event Log and see the error.
