either create an new folder for the second account and then create a filter
rule based on the recipient i.e the to: field and apply this rule to every
incoming message - or create a new Identity. Then you would have the mails
seperated but you would have to change identities to have both

I have this command set on my quick access tool bar, but this 2007 set up is
very slow compared to good old 2003. Either 2007 or JAWS 11 (or the
combination) seems very slow and I have to wait for the message tab to come
up after hitting alt, then when I hit the correct number for the open in

1, insert+v=adjust jaws options.
2, now down arrow until you hear;
messages automatically read if it's off, press spacebar, you then should
hear, on.

under extras (hope it is the same in English) it is the menu item between
view and message there is send and receive. You have an option to poll mail
for each individual account.
By creating a filter rule and prior to that a new folder you could seperate
the messages.
