I ust couldn't sleep, so while trying to find time to get everything set up
for the new pc, I thought that I'd also try to keep up with all of my mail
as well. SMILES.

You might have the full screen mode turned on. I seem to remember that the
tool bar does not show when this is on. It toggles off and on with F11. At
least it used to according to my notes.
Also try Alt V for the view menu and make sure the tool bars are checked.

One thing I have noticed is that for some reason Chrome and JAWS is
treating H1 headings as H2 headings. This is only happening with JAWS
and Chrome. I am not seeing this with other screen readers. Is anyone
else seeing this?

machine into IE10/11 on my Toshiba laptop, etc. So not sure that it picked

Do to my mistake I missed the laptop at wal-mart. My daughter ordered a
notebook from Staples that has Bluetooth included.

The drag and drop feature in JAWS was never consistent and it has not been
used by most people for years. The only way people get a consistent way of
moving a file or folder from one place to another, is to just do the copy or
cut, and paste it in the other place where you want it. Have
