My happy bias is with Abbyy Finereader Pro though I understand that version 9.0 while giving great ocr result is not suite as screenreader friendly as previous versions. The price for FR 9.0 is about Euro 150.00, which would make it very roughly about US$225.00 given the current exchange rate.
