Hi Marilyn, The only problem I have run in to is a situation where JAWS was not able to access a pop up menu. This menu had to be accessed through the JAWS cursor not the PC cursor. So, for most practical applications I believe you would be just fine up grading to IE 9. God bless, Mark God
