I had this problem on one of my computers. Turned out there wasn't enough
memory for Jaws to install all its components, and the OCR one was dropped.
When I cleared memory on my hard drive, I re-ran the Jaws install, and it
worked just fine.

Jaws 16 does not work with LYNC, but Jaws 15 does. FS knows about the problem
and promises to fix it in an upcoming build of Jaws 16. Meanwhile, the
workaround is to use Jaws 15 with LYNC. It's a pain, and I don't get why
something that works was broken jumping from 15 to 16. Also, google

I highlight the word, then press the application key and select synonyms. From
there, it should be familiar. BTW, this also works in Outlook 2010.
Best!

It's been a while since I update The Cube and got it working again. Can't
remember the steps. I recommend updating The Cube and following the prompts.
Getting Twitter to let The Cube access it seems to be the hardest part, but
it's not that hard. Twitter provides a code that you have to

Windows application key. A menu opens, and one of the choices is to quite

the applications key, using the Systems Tray. Simply select

Thank you for the suggestions. When I press Jaws+F7, no links show and Jaws
recommends I press Jaws+F5. And we already
they are Outlook rather than
JAWS keystrokes, I think they should work there also.

Yes, Outlook 2010 attachments in an RTF message are imbedded in the e-mail. I
think RTF messages always imbed attachments in the body of an e-mail in
Outlook. Outlook messages in HTML or Plain Text formats display the
attachments in the message header. I sometimes had luck with the method
With Jaws 14 in Outlook 2010 Rich Text messages, how does one access an

Anyone know how to get Vocalizer's Daniel or Tom to indicate capital letters?
I cannot tell what is upper and lower case when moving character by character.
This is in Jaws 14. Thanks!
