If I download the newer version of Jaws from the web site, I don't know how

Thanks for letting me know Father Doug.
We can both thank our moderator David who gave those instructions to me over
the phone one day.
I remember taking down notes and then typing up the result. I'm sure glad
it worked.

. If you were to then make a
change in the default, it would not effect the program specific settings.
I hope this makes sense.

Hi John. I have seen other members post on the list and they were able to
use the link without difficulty. I suppose it's just my old friend getting
cranky again. Go right ahead and click or press Enter on the link John.
The worse that can happen is that Jaws will stop talking.

It is written, to state the obvious is a waste of time, not only for the
listener, but for the speaker. Victor, I was suggesting that Ming change
his title for this list only.
I am surprised that you would bother to write something like that. It must
be driving your Jaws crazy too.
John
Now that's a good idea Dixie.
But wouldn't it be better for the member to make his own identity for the
purposes of this list. It isn't any big deal. I'd love to hear what his
real name is in phonetics.

you put the screen on the fully expanded mode, it helps but the problem
doesn't go away entirely. I don't think that Jaws and IMIP servers get
along very well.

Hello Bill. You will find a complete set of keyboard commands in the Jaws
Help files. What you need will probably be found under Popular
Applications. But keep this in mind. Many of those commands are not Jaws
related. They are specific to Word. I hope this helps.

Phyllis, that's the only thing I can think of. As our moderator would say,
