her insert key has stopped working in combination with the function keys.
None of the other keys seem to have been affected. The system is a dell

This is a new one for me. When I use the insert/Jaws key it no longer does
the Jaws commands associated with it. For example, if I do Insert plus T to
learn the window I am in it only says T. I don't know if I accidently put

If I do not have any programs other than JAWS 14 running, nothing is spoken
when I press insert f10 or insert f11. Also, when in JAWS, if I try
accessing any menu, nothing is spoken. However, the results of these

Hi, not Denny, but yes it does. Try unchecking use sticky insert,
something like that. I know this can be done through configuration
manager, but can't remember where from the top of my head, but it could
either be in user options or keyboard options, general
